Create Your Own Ethereum Tokens Without Coding

TokenMint is the easiest and fastest way to generate your own ERC-20 or ERC-223 tokens on the Ethereum network.
No coding skills are required.

How it works

Prerequisites

  • 1. You need to have an Ethereum wallet installed. For desktop we recommend MetaMask. For mobile we recommend Coinbase.
  • 2. The wallet needs to have at least one unlocked account.
  • 3. The account needs to have enough funds to pay for the token creation fee and the mining fee.

You complete our simple form

You fill up a simple form, specifying your account, token type, name, symbol, decimals, and initial supply. We will never ask you for your private key.

We deploy your smart contract

We create a smart contract on the Ethereum network using account you provided and top it up with tokens. You are always in control of your funds and tokens.

FAQ

Q: What are ERC-20 tokens?
A: ERC-20 tokens are tokens created and transfered on the Ethereum network. Tokens are standardized in a way that enables all Ethereum wallets to send and receive tokens easily. Learn more about ERC-20 standard.

Q: What are ERC-223 tokens?
A: ERC-223 tokens are tokens similar to ERC-20 tokens and used only on Ethereum network. ERC-223 is a newer standard with an improvements over ERC-20 standard. The standard eliminates lost tokens in certain conditions when sending tokens, better handling of incoming token transactions, and energy and gas savings.

Q: What can I do with created tokens?
A: Tokens can be used for just about any application. They can be used as a currency, shares in a company, proof of ownership, for ICOs, access to a dapp, voting, charity, as points in a loyalty program, etc.

Q: What do I need to get started?
A: You'll need a web3 enabled Ethereum wallet/browser. Please read our Ethereum wallet guide to find a wallet for your device.

Q: Who owns generated tokens?
A: After you create your tokens, you are the sole owner of all tokens. You can then send them to other parties.

Q: How do I send generated tokens?
A: You can send them using your wallet application. Sending ERC tokens is as easy as sending ETH.

Q: Do I need special address for ERC tokens?
A: No, both ERC-20 and ERC223 tokens can be stored on a regular Ethereum address, where you would normally store your ETH. You can store multiple tokens on a single address.

Q: Can I use generated tokens for ICO?
A: Yes, in fact, most ICOs use either ERC-20 or ERC-223 tokens.

Q: Can I verify the source code of my contract?
A: When we deploy your smart contract, the source code is auto-verified by a third party (Etherscan) and published on their website. You'll find the source code on the contract's webpage. Learn more on Solidity code verification.
